Since I released The Strong Female Athlete, it’s been a non-stop launch month of podcast appearances. I’ve truly enjoyed connecting with some of my favorite colleagues to discuss the topics in the book and it what is missing in female athlete athletic development.

For one, many people still aren’t doing the bare minimum, namely, year-round strength and speed training with their female athletes.

And once you do the minimum…there’s sooooo much more to tackle.

All of the people involved – parents, coaches, and the female athletes themselves – must take responsibility for all other aspects of performance:

Nutrition.
Sleep.
Stress management.
Confidence building.

And so much more.
