It’s true. The beautiful game has taught me how to blossom out of adversity, and do what fills me with joy.
I am a passionate Soccer Skills and Strength and Conditioning Coach who has been working with athletes for eight years.
My mission is to help youth soccer players become strong, resilient, and creative through exercise, while inspiring them to love movement and sports – to not see these as obligations, but rather, enjoyable escapes from the stressors of life.
I provide private and group soccer training in Baltimore, Maryland, where I teach ball skills, strength, speed and agility, and conditioning in a high performance, yet fun environment.
If you are unable to work with me in person, I offer online skills, strength, speed and conditioning programs for soccer players. My biggest program is the Total Youth Soccer Fitness Program which breaks down every aspect of fitness training for youth soccer players – proper warm up, coordination drills, agility games, strength movements, recovery sessions, and sample in-season and off-season plans.
In addition to training soccer players, I consult coaches worldwide to help them with their team strength and conditioning programs, as well as to build hard working and exhilarating team cultures.
