Hi, I’m Coach Erica Mulholland
As a 3x college All-American, Hall of Fame inductee for Johns Hopkins Women’s Soccer, and former US and Brazil semi-professional soccer player, I know what it takes to play at a high level and have an edge in your performance. My passion for training and biomechanics took me to obtain my Master’s in Exercise Science in Performance Enhancement and Injury Reduction so I could help young girl athletes thrive.
I am a Certified Speed, Agility, and Strength Coach (CSCS) as well as an ACL return to play specialist in the Tampa Bay Area, Land O’ Lakes, Florida, who has been working with youth female athletes for 14 years. I specialize in preteen and teen female athlete strength and speed development, injury prevention and ACL return, and strength training to help heal growth spurt injuries. (BOOK A ONE-ON-ONE ASSESSMENT HERE)
My mission is to help young girls become strong and resilient through strength training, while inspiring them to love working out for life.
I provide strength, speed and agility training in the Tampa Bay area – Land O’ Lakes Florida – in a fun and competitive environment. My gym is a one-on-one and small group setting, so there can be attention to detail and quality coaching for each athlete.
I also strength train ACL/meniscus injured female athletes who are at least 3 months post-surgery, with all swelling down, knee full range of motion back, and cleared to jog. Our ACL return to sport testing is one of the most thorough in the Tampa Bay area, so the athlete is truly prepared for their sport demands, avoids re-injury and comes back better than they were prior to their ACL injury. We test true game demands, such as high speed running, deceleration ability, change of direction mechanics, reactive/cognitive ability in high speed game conditions, robust strength, conditioning levels, and psychological readiness.
