I’m on a female athlete spree.
And I love it because there’s a lot of dynamic changes going on in their bodies as they go through adolescence, and more often than not, these changes drastically impact performance.
This week’s tutorial discusses important things to keep in mind when teaching young girls how to explode and sprint fast. Keeping the health of their knees in mind, the mechanics of their bodies, and the control of their postures helps with both speed and injury reduction.
