Timed 30 yard – <5 sec middle school, < 4.5 sec high school
Timed 40 yard – <6 sec middle school, <5.5 sec high school
I highly recommend this timing system. It is one of the best in the industry and I use it for all of my in person middle and high school aged in person clients. About 50% of my remote athletes use it as well so I can track improvements more meticulously.
It is well worth the money if girls want to get serious about speed development.
Speed training = measuring from point A to point B. If you aren’t timing, you aren’t speed training.
