08 Sep Coach Education: Female Athlete Fitness Mentorship
The past few weeks have warmed my heart.
The first Total Youth Female Athlete Fitness Mentorship is underway, and I couldn’t be more invigorated by the coaches in the group.
They are eager to learn and to impact the young girls they coach. It excites me when coaches want to expand their knowledge on performance training – from injury prevention, to speed development, to strength building, to tactical conditioning, to writing fitness programs with confidence.
In fact, I’m so ecstatic, I want to continue the mentorship and offer rolling cohorts each month.
1. Access to the female athlete video curriculum (15 Modules on every facet of performance training)
2. 4 one-hour intensive group Zoom calls (deeper dive with me on subject matter, Q&A at end)
3. Access to my private Facebook community (ongoing discussion with me and other professionals)
4.) Programming cheat sheets and access to my workout programs
The Zoom calls begin on the last Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm EST.
