Hi! My name is Erica Suter.

Soccer has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I was an All-American at John Hopkins University and competed internationally at the semi-professional level.

But, I didn’t end my relationship with soccer when my playing days were over…

I got my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, and then became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist focused entirely on helping soccer players of all ages play their best.

My past clients have gone on to complete at dozens of different colleges across the country as well as several national and international teams.

I consult with coaches worldwide to help them design their strength & conditioning programs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What age group is this program for?

Total Youth Soccer Fitness 365 can be done by middle school and high school. The middle school age should begin with the “Beginner” movement videos, whereas the high school should begin with the “Advanced” movement videos.

Is this for coaches, too?

Yes, this is a year-round program for coaches to purchase for their players. The video modules are also useful for coaches to learn how to teach proper warm-up, acceleration and speed mechanics, change of direction posture and form, as well as how to monitor load during a rigorous in-season schedule.

The video modules are meant for coaches to master the material and be able to execute the workouts with their teams safely and effectively.

Once i finish the in-season and off-season workbooks, can I do them again?

Yes, they are meant to be done more than once and for the length of middle and high school sports careers.

How many times do I do the 12-week in-season and off-season workbooks?

Ideally, they need to be done twice a year during the in-season (Fall and Spring) and off-season (Winter and Summer).

Can my middle school athletes do the conditioning in the program?

Yes, but given they are doing the run day movement prep, speed and agility drills, they do not need to.

How do my players track their progress?

I recommend players print out the workbooks and write down their load for any strength movements with weight. They should gradually increase the amount they are lifting as the reps go down each week.

What if I only have access to a field with minimal equipment?

The Beginner movements are great for this scenario because they are bodyweight only and can be done anywhere. However, as you progress through the program and need more of a challenge, I advise the use of free weights to progress strength further.
