Phone App Workout Subscription for Youth Athletes: Speed, Strength and Conditioning

There are several things that make me excited:

1. Cookie dough ice cream.
2. Deadlifts.
3. Writing.
4. Creating things.

Truthfully, it’s been a whirlwind creating my phone app subscription for youth athletes, and I couldn’t be more pumped to bring easy-to-follow workouts to your homes with:

– Demo videos
– Exact sets and reps
– Speed, strength and conditioning workout progressions
– Off season and in season templates
– Facebook community access to ask me questions and engage

This has taken several months to develop and write out, for both middle school and high school age athletes.

You will pick the program that you want to start with.

If you are a middle school athlete currently in your off-season, you would pick Middle School Off-Season. If you sign up for the longer subscriptions, you eventually transition to in-season workouts that are already laid out for you.

All of the work is done on the back end by me (and with a side of espresso). ;-O
