Given the overwhelming climate of high school soccer nowadays, with practices 3-4 times a week and games 1-2 times a week, it’s becoming more challenging to keep players healthy from overuse injuries.
And as a private soccer trainer who service players across the state of Maryland, I’m in the midst of this shit storm.
