Knowledge Is Power: Strength and Conditioning Stuff to Check Out

My apologies for slacking on blogging this week.

My summer is wrapping up and ending on a high note with the U.S. Soccer National C Coaching License Course.

What is this, you ask?

Well, it’s an 8-day course on all things tactical coaching, managing and leading soccer teams, and planning and executing training sessions. Oh, and presenting on my awesome tactical artwork:

Think weekend conference on steroids.

It’s intense. It’s long. It’s a reminder I’m not 90 minute fit anymore.

That said, my right hip flexor is pissed at me. And I’m waddling like I have a stick up my butt.
