I’m going to be quick today and just leave this week’s Exercise for Confidence here:

And I’m going to be sassy and challenge you to hold this for 60 seconds with full body tension. Glutes tight. Quadriceps tight. Core tight.

Heck, I’d even say squeeze your ears.

    Been using planks with the full squeeze technique for my athletes for quite some time. It looks like it is time to progress the movement.
