Best find of the week: high protein coffee.
If any of you know me, I’m a passionate coffee drinker. And not because I want to get hype, rather, I just enjoy the taste of it in the morning.
You see, I’m usually not a whey protein person, as I get protein from the food I eat. However, with the busy season of soccer tryouts coming up, I’d prefer not to down food in front of my athletes during a session. So, enter this delectable high protein coffee (mocha flavor) that is perfect for being on-the-go.

This exercise attacks a wide range of performance and injury prevention components. Sure, it looks simple, but given you challenge yourself with the weight (I’m doing 50 pounds), you’ll get a LOT out of it.
